Mehzoon (“we”, “us”) doesn't require an account to browse or buy, so we collect very little about you. This page explains what we do collect, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
When you place an order at checkout, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. That's it — we don't ask for or store any payment card details, since orders are confirmed over WhatsApp rather than paid for on this site.
How we use it
Your name, phone number, and address are used only to confirm and fulfil your order — to message you on WhatsApp about it, and to address the package we ship to you. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't use it for anything beyond getting your order to you.
WhatsApp and third parties
Placing an order opens a WhatsApp conversation with our store number, which sends your order details as a message. That message is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since it's their platform carrying it. Beyond WhatsApp and our courier partner (who needs your address to deliver your order), we don't share your information with other third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies for basic site analytics — to understand which pages are useful and how people find the store. You can accept or decline this when you first visit via the banner at the bottom of the screen. Declining doesn't affect your ability to browse or order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records (name, phone, address, and what was ordered) for as long as needed for accounting and to help with any questions about past orders. Since there's no account system, there's no profile of you beyond your order history.
