We want you to be happy with what you order. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Because most of what we sell is food — saffron, dry fruits, spices, and tea — we can only accept those back if the packaging is still sealed. Once opened, food items aren't eligible for return, for hygiene reasons. Shawls and handicrafts can be returned unused and in their original packaging.
