By browsing or ordering from Mehzoon, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before placing an order.
Products and pricing
We try to keep product photos, descriptions, and prices accurate, but handmade and agricultural goods (saffron, dry fruits, woven shawls) vary naturally — slight differences in color, weight, or pattern from what's pictured aren't defects. Prices are in Indian Rupees and can change without notice; the price shown at the time you place an order is the price that applies to it.
How an order is placed
Submitting the checkout form creates an order record and opens a WhatsApp message to us with your order details — it does not charge you anything. An order is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp and agree on payment and delivery. We can decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock.
Payment
We don't currently process payments on this website — no card or payment details are collected or stored here. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

Limitation of liability
We're a small store doing our best to source and ship authentic Kashmiri goods. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this site or your order — our responsibility is limited to replacing or refunding the specific order in question, per our returns policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business in Kashmir.
